Coaching Details

The greatest need for a church planter is not information, but application. The goal of coaching is to draw out of the planter what the Spirit of God is doing in and through them.

What is a coach? A coach is someone who has been where you are. He/She has experienced “all the feels” of Church planting from loneliness, to discouragement to elation of success and the prayerful pride of seeing disciples made in the image of Christ.  A coach is your source of encouragement and your guide on the side.

Coaching for our planters begins as they engage in Church Planting essentials training. During this time you will be paired with a training coach, different from the one you are in covenant with, and will participate in online training over a 6 week period. During this time you’ll get to know your covenant coach for your journey. 

After your training you will have a bi-monthly coaching experience that continues throughout the first 18-24 months of their planting journey.
